Here are the beginnings of two Drunkard Path quilts that some
of the gals did in the Monday class here at my studio.  I shared
the  "Curve Master" tool and it is so awesome.  The "Paths"
went together so easy.  We're going to give the tool a try on the
 Wheel of Mystery block next.
It was a fun  day with some great gals.

Friday Night Sew-In

Well, my Friday Night Sew-In began with my Drunkard's Path die cut from AccuCut.

Then on to the pile of cut "Path's"
To the sewing machine to piece the "Path's" together.
But the best part of the piecing, was using  the
"CurveMaster" foot!!!! That foot is wonderful, no pinning
with perfect results.  You ought to try it.
With the "Path's" sewn, then up to the design wall they went.
Once placed, then down they came to be stitched together.
I was stitching with one eye open and one closed, so
I decided to call it a night and will continue this project
with appliqué and a cute border.  So be checking in
to see the finished project.  What a great way to spend
one night that is purposely set aside to quilt.

The School House class went great today!!!
Afterwards, I put together this banner that goes
with the quilt.  I almost have the quilting completed
on the quilt and will work on the banner soon.
Keep checking in on my blog and website
to see what my new design using the
school house block is.  I think you'll love it.

Mystery Quilts

With permission granted from Debbie Caffrey, I
put together a mystery to accompany Debbie's
"Ranchers's Daughters" free pattern.  This was
so much fun doing.  The mystery came in three
installments with clues as to putting the blocks
together.  It began from the center and worked
it's way to the outer borders.  This quilt is a fantastic
way to use up those scraps that are piling high.
Loved the pattern and thank you Debbie!
