It's amazing how fast the year rolls around and in a blink of an eye, that particular day is here again. Our nation's birthday is just days away, there is excitement stirring in the air, floats being made for the parade, menu's being prepared for family and friends and red, white and blue appearing everywhere.

I'm sitting here in my studio looking outside at the smoke that is surrounding our valley from fires on the south and north of us. One on the Indian reservation and one in NM. Crazy stuff, it is so dry in our area and the wind is not helping in the least. So, with windows closed, I'm still quilting. Below are several things that I have done in the last few weeks.

The above images are the result of a class I offered using the Kaleidoscope Kreator Program. This was lots of fun with lots of potential for some really cool quilts.

This quilt is one I just finished making for Faith Comes By Hearing

The projects just above are the results of a class I taught using the Twist 'n Stitch ruler by June Tailor
Super fun class!

Just finished a quilt for Faith Comes By Hearing for the Lobiri language.
How exciting, it's an honor to make one of these quilts. Check out the site above to find out what this awesome ministry is all about. If you want to see more of the quilts I have done for them, click on the smilebox on the sidebar of my blog.

One of my favorite patterns is this Chisel Table Runner & Quilt. Can't wait to make it in Patriotic colors for the 4th of July which is right around the corner. I had better get on this, like right away!!!
